Ceramics are carefully wrapped in newsprint

then safely cushioned in sustainable Wood Wool

making it very clear to the courier that extra care is needed

WE SHIP TO NZ ADDRESSES

We take great care with the process of making and packing all products.
However, in the unlikely event of damage caused in transit, send us a picture of the damaged product and we will replace with same or similar item of same value and you will only pay freight.

Items shipped within the North Island will cost $12 (medium box) $22 (large box)
and for the South Island $22 (medium box) $44 (large box)
with an extra $5.50 for rural delivery
Shipping usually takes 3-7 working days upon funds showing in our account
Parcels will be sent via Courier Tracked
